I particularly like this CD as it explains the 5 love languages of children which I found fascinating. I regularly listen to it to remind me how to connect deeply with my family members and it reminds me of the importance of attending to my own needs as well.
I have to say I loved all of the c.d's and found them very useful in helping me with my daughter and particularly my son who has a.d.h.d. It's invaluable to building relationships and sure isn't that what we want as parents!!!!
