Cathy has been involved in Parent Coaching since 2010. She is married and is a mother of one pre teenage son. She is a Midwife Teacher with extensive experience in facilitating groups and has a special interest in preparing parents realistically for birth and parenthood. She also educates health care professionals to become facilitators of antenatal and parenthood education. She believes that all parents benefit from ongoing support during their journey through parenthood.
